Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Hell's Kitchen and close to many major attractions. The rooms, while clean, felt very cramped with hardly any space to move around. Service was hit or miss—some staff were friendly, but I had some trouble getting requests fulfilled. Overall, it's a decent place if you're just looking for a place to sleep between adventures, but not ideal for extended stays.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location in Hell's Kitchen, just a stone's throw from all the attractions I wanted to see. The rooms were clean, modern, and extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which I loved. The only downside was the dining options, as breakfast wasn't included, and I wish there were more choices. Overall, it felt like great value for money considering the amenities and service provided.
